1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PurLens (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PurLens is an enterprise data governance platform that provides lineage visualization, data catalog management, and data quality tooling for Microsoft Purview environments.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. PurLens reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. PurLens processes your data solely to provide the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PurLens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a data export before termination.
